In order to embed a video as your asset, please, use the following:
- Quicktime Movie (.mov), with movie size 400x300
- Flash Video (.flv), with movie size 512x384
Choose the format you like better from its appearance, but since Flash Video is the most playable format of the most browsers, we strongly recommend you stay with it.
